The Work You'd Do
Our teams work across the full data lifecycle: data strategy, data governance and POPIA compliance, master data management, data quality, data migration, analytics and BI and AI solutions — plus the platforms we build ourselves, DM360 and Supplier360.
That range means you’re not locked into one narrow speciality for years. People at Agilus regularly move between technical implementation, client strategy conversations, and everything in between as they grow. Our work is anchored to the DAMA-DMBOK2 and DCAM international standards — which means what you learn here is the global vocabulary of the profession, not one company’s private method.
Depending on the team, a typical week might include cleaning and validating a client’s master data, building a governance framework from scratch, configuring dashboards a client’s leadership team will actually open every Monday morning, or sitting in on a strategy conversation about where a client’s data investment should go next. No two weeks look identical — which is exactly the point.
